When the Query menu item is selected, the Select Query panel will be displayed. It shows all available Reports which were declared as Query Reports as part of the Queries option of Preferences. This menu item is disabled until Reports have been selected under Preferences - Queries.
The Report area shows all selected (enabled) Queries. The Owner column identifies the individual who created or last modified the Report. The bottom of the Select Query panel shows:
Click on the Show description switch
to expand the panel to include a text area to display any explanatory descriptions which may have been provided as part of the Report Builder - Report Procedures.
To select a Report,
double-click your choice in the Report column, or single-click your choice and press the Select button. In lieu of click-selecting a Report, you may type its name into the Report field and press the Select button.
