("Gestalt," "we," "our," or "us") provides this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") to describe how we collect, use, and disclose information collected from our website at www.gestalt.com and any other online service on which we provide a link to this Policy (collectively, the "Services").

We may use third-party web analytics services on the Services, such as those of Google Analytics. These analytics vendors help us analyze how users use the Services, including by noting the third-party website from which you arrive. To prevent Google Analytics from using your information for analytics, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

The technologies described above serve a variety of purposes, including to help us better understand and analyze use of the Services, personalize preferences, improve the Services, and provide essential functions that allow us to run the Services.   • Business Transfers. We may disclose certain information in connection with or during negotiations or closing of any merger, sale of our assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our organization to another organization.
  • Consent/At Your Direction. We may disclose your information with your consent to do so.

Data Retention

We keep your information for the time necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. The length of time for which we retain information depends on the purposes for which we collected and use it and your choices, after which time we may delete and/or aggregate it. We may also retain and use this information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We protect your information by using safeguards designed to improve the security of the information we maintain. However, as no electronic transmission or storage of information can be entirely secure, we can make no guarantees as to the security or privacy of your information.

Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect "personal information" (as defined in the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) from children under 13 years of age. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may contain links to other websites, products, or services that we do not own or operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, nor do we endorse or make any representations regarding them or their practices. Please be aware that this Policy does not apply to your activities on these third-party services or any information you disclose to these third parties. Before you provide your information to any third party, we encourage you to read its privacy policy.

Your Choices

Marketing Communications: You can opt out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the email. Removing your name from the email list may take a reasonable amount of time. Please note that even if you opt out promotional communications, we may still contact you regarding non-promotional matters, such as emails regarding our relationship or transactions with you (e.g., emails notifying you that you have opened or terminated an account with us, or that we have updated our policies).

Cookies: You may be able to set your web browser to notify you when you receive a cookie and to accept or refuse certain cookies. If you elect not to accept cookies, some functionality and areas of the Services may be restricted. To learn how to manage your cookies, please follow the instructions from your specific browser. If you access the Services via a mobile device, refer to the manufacturer's instructions. Please be aware that if you disable or reject cookies, some parts of the Services may not work properly.

Do Not Track: California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser Do Not Track ("DNT") signals. Because there currently isn't an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we don't respond to them at this time.

California "Shine the Light" Disclosure: California's "Shine the Light" law gives California residents the right under certain circumstances to request information from us regarding the manner in which we share certain categories of "personal information" (as defined in the Shine the Light law) with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share your "personal information" with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

Consent to Transfer

Our Services are designed for users in the United States. If you access our Services from outside of the United States, please be aware that information about you may be stored and processed in the United States and other countries outside the United States, which may have data protection laws that differ from the laws in your country.
